    Located in the heart of Jakarta's Central Business District, World Trade Centre (WTC) comprises five Grade A commercial office buildings; WTC 1, WTC 2, WTC 5, WTC 6 and WTC 3, a 73,000 square metre state-of-the-art office tower which opened in mid-2018.

    WTC is developed and managed by PT Jakarta Land, renowned for its absolute focus on maintaining the highest standards of service and quality. Founded in 1973, Jakarta Land is jointly owned by CCM and Hongkong Land, benefitting from CCM's local insight and Hongkong Land's 130 years of experience in key cities across Asia.

Property Management

We don’t outsource the management of our property, we believe in doing it ourselves. Led by the 24/7 Tenant Service Centre our customer service team has only one focus – our tenants’ satisfaction. Operating to some of the highest service standards in the property sector, our response team consists of experienced specialists who know how to identify the problems and quickly respond with the right solutions.

Technology and Maintenance

All our buildings have been designed to be highly resistant to weather and stress, flexible for the needs of different tenants and adaptive for various business uses. Behind the scenes we believe in maintaining all equipment to the highest state of readiness, for any eventuality. In addition to regular maintenance, all critical equipment is constantly upgraded as part of a rolling programme to invest in the latest technology. All critical systems are monitored 24/7 from our two secure, high-tech Building Management Offices.

Security Services

Our tenants and visitors know that we take security seriously, round-the-clock. With some of the highest security levels in Jakarta, the WTC campus is the only complex of its size with two separate rings of protection. Highly trained guards and armed police secure a perimeter ring at the pedestrian and vehicle gates and an inner ring using tenant-friendly, non-intrusive X-ray scanning in each of the building lobbies. Our security systems are regularly verified by independent penetration testing.
